A Play: “Finnegan’s Farewell”

March 4, 2013

Rehearsals for “Finnegan’s Farewell” are well underway. A very tight, well-selected cast that has gelled very quickly already and is  working as a finely tuned instrument. Great directing from co-creator Chuck Santoro is helping massively.

I feel honored to have landed the wonderfully entertaining role of Father Seamus McMurphy, the catholic preist who tries to hold the service in Act I together as best he can amidst all the interruptions and comedic action. This is my US acting debut and marks a return to the stage for the first time in almost 20 years. Equally significant is the return of the co-creators relaunching their play and actively producing it for the first time since it’s creation back in 1999.

The four day run is almost sold out, but you may still be able to get tickets to this historic production by going to Arts Quest here:  http://www.artsquest.org/pages/details.php?54508
